2026 Homeshow Forms
We are excited to formally invite you to participate in the upcoming 2026 Rotary Home and Lifestyle Show, February 28th and March 1st, at the Saratoga Springs City Center. As someone who has joined us in the past, or who has expressed interest in joining us for the upcoming show, we wanted to make the reservation process as simple as possible.
2026 booths will continue to be at 2023 prices! In addition, we are offering a $25 Early Bird Discount to all Exhibitors who are paid in-full by December 1st. Simply complete and return the attached Exhibitor Contract, and return via email (ssrotaryhomeshow@gmail.com) or USPS w/ payment or credit card information. Be sure to indicate on the contract what type of booth you would like.
New for the 2026 Rotary Home and Lifestyle Show…the Rotary Club is working with the Times Union to increase our marketing presence. There may be opportunities for vendors to be highlighted. The details are still being worked out. If you are interested in this possibility, please contact Susan Rhoades, Home Show Director.
Please review the attached Exhibitor Terms and Conditions, which includes a floor map. We will make every effort to honor specific floor location requests, on a first-come basis, however, as a courtesy, returning 2025 Show Exhibitors will be given priority if reserving the same booth they occupied last year.
Also included is the order form for the Show’s decorator Clifton Park Rentals. All orders will need to be made directly with the decorator.
Last year’s show SOLD OUT, and we had a waitlist. Don’t miss your chance to get in front of thousands of potential customers!
