Kathy McNeice, Program Director for Saratoga Hospital Community Health Center

Kathy McNeice is the Program Director for Saratoga Hospital’s latest venture, the Community Health Center. Before accepting the position with Saratoga Hospital, she worked at the NYSDOH within the Tobacco Control Program working to develop policy and implementation around youth anti-tobacco advocacy efforts and the Clean Indoor Air Act. She ended her career with the state after seven years of work with the Cancer Services Program, a comprehensive cancer control effort. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Voice Performance from Boston University and a Masters in Health Education. She  is currently pursuing  a second Masters in Social Health Policy and is a certified Wellness Life Coach. The theme of community health has been pervasive throughout her career and to accept the position to coordinate the efforts of this Community Health Center, she considers. an absolute honor.
